These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Seed of Enlightenment's Website, located at www.seedofenlightenment.org.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Seed of Enlightenment if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of us. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Testimonials
​Seed of Enlightenment may request a client to leave their testimonials to be posted on the site and it is purely up to the client to submit their feedback and authorize it’s use.
Donation
You can choose the amount of donation from the preset options which includes the hand drawn calligraphy as an acknowledgement of your kindness or you have the option to set your own amount which does not include the hand drawn calligraphy. There is also the option to choose a recurring contribution. When you choose a monthly contribution, you expressly acknowledge and agree that (a) Seed of Enlightenment (or our third party payment processor(s)) is authorized to charge you on a monthly basis for the price of your chosen subscription (in addition to any applicable taxes and other charges set forth during the purchase process) for as long as your subscription continues, and (b) your subscription is continuous until you cancel it or we suspend or terminate the subscription. The monthly recurring charges for your subscription will be set forth during the purchase process ("payment"). The amount you are charged may vary depending on the preferences you select, and we may adjust such recurring charges from time to time in accordance with these terms.
Cancellation of Recurring Subscription:
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time prior to the next date of billing ("bill date") by accessing your account or by emailing support@seedofenlightenment.org. The cancellation request will be processed for the next scheduled bill date. You are responsible for all charges (including any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred with respect to any order processed prior to the cancellation of your subscription.
The Deed
Once the client makes a donation towards the preset options, Seed of Enlightenment will acknowledge the contribution with hand drawn calligraphy that displays the name of the client on the deed. Please go to “The Deed” page found on the top menu option to learn the details of the design. Seed of Enlightenment will make an digital copy of the deed and will send it to the corresponding email of the client. Shipping the physical deed option is available during the payment process. Please refer below for shipping details. The physical copy of the deed will be kept in our archives for a period of 1 months in case the client decides to ship the deed to themselves.
The Tree
At the checkout page you will find the information of the tree species. Donating towards the Compassionate package will guarantee a tree will be planted, however, the selection of tree species will be up to the discretion of Seed of Enlightenment. Gracious, Champion and Divine packages will give the client the ability to select the tree species from our inventory. For recurring or custom donations which the one time contribution amount exceeding the Compassionate package, clients are entitled to plant a tree upon request submitted to support@seedofenlightenment.org. There are only 2 times a year that is best suited for planting trees which are from mid April to mid May and October. Seed of Enlightenment will plant the trees during the closest planting season. The planted trees will all have an unique identification that corresponds to the client and the client will be notified of the details.
Our Pledge
For clients who have donated towards preset option, Seed of Enlightenment will plant a tree according to the preset selection. Furthermore, we guarantee to ensure the sustainability of the tree until its maturity when the tree can self-sustain itself with minimal human intervention (usually 5 to 10 years depending on the tree species). If by any unforeseen reasons the tree fails to survive, we will replace the tree with a new seedling and notify the client of the change.
The Sustainability
Seed of Enlightenment reserve the full right to conceptualize, initiate and implement the entrepreneurial ventures that would ensure the sustainability of the initiative. Seed of Enlightenment will determine the time and percentage of the profit from entrepreneurial ventures to be allocated for the sustainability of reforestation project. Update on the abovementioned matter and achievement of significant milestones will be provided to the clients via newsletters.
Newsletter
Upon donation the clients would be required to submit their email. We will provide status of the tree as well as news update on new entrepreneurial ventures and significant milestones that we have accomplished in a timely manner. Seed of Enlightenment will not spam the clients with further requests of donation with our newsletter function. If the client wishes to unsubscribe from the mailing list, please submit your request to support@seedofenlightement.org.
Shipping the Deed
The hand drawn calligraphy deed under the Compassionate package can be shipped to you. The shipping option with a flat rate of 50 USD will be available to choose from during the payment process. Shipping and handling will be done by “Mongol Post LLC”. Seed of Enlightenment will not be responsible for the services of “Mongol Post LLC” as well as import duties and taxes once they reach their destination. Seed of Enlightenment is not responsible for such charges and we do not make calculations or estimations to this end. You agree that you will be the Importer of Record for any purchases made, and as such you are advised to ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country you are ordering from, or the laws of the country you are importing into.
